Unfortunately I went past the three day’s trial The only way I would recommend the app is if I could get my money back It’s unusable First time shame on you There won’t be a second time I’m not paying for anything else to “make it work “ I’m out $30 I’ll leave it at that

I’ve tried to leave messages via “contact support” inside the app and also from their website - the messages don’t go through on either platform. I have experienced wildly inaccurate translations. This is the latest: English: It is not possible to travel outside the United States. The Italian Translation: Non è possibile viaggiare fiore dall’Italia. Really? You don’t even need to speak Italian to know that is incorrect. I wish I had not renewed my subscription. Don’t bother with the free version, and certainly don’t waste your money like I did on the premium version. I’m going back to Google Translate which is both free and accurate.

The welcome page just won’t go away. Have to change setting every single time. It doesn’t save the settings. The newly change erase all the words I saved at favorites. It has very limited words, and it doesn’t have anyway to suggest adding new words. I used to like this app, now I hate it.
