After updating IOS to latest version, Nahla app keep crashing everytime we start to open it , tried to reinstall but its still the same

Great app, until the iPadOS 16.1 update. It now crashes within 3 seconds of starting the app. Uninstalling the app and reinstalling it, and restarting the iPad (9.7” - 7th generation) does not work.

التطبيق كواجهة سيء جدًا و لايوجد به مايحفز الطفل لتقبل اللغة. بالنسبة لي ارى ان التطبيق مضيعة للمال وبالامكان الاستفادة من مواقع اخرى بمحتوى افضل وسعر اقل.

This app have ok content. But very poor programming to the extent of scamming. It allowed me to subscribe twice and paid $30 for 3 months instead of $15 for 3 months. It advertises as 3 days free then $15 but they charged me on the same day. I contacted customer service and told them about the mistake and they replied we will not do anything about that and you can contact apple. Which in fact I will do and report them for fraud.
