The NABP app gives you quick and easy access to your e-Profile and other great tools to support you throughout your pharmacy career. At-a-glance views of your continuing pharmacy education status let you quickly check for license compliance or take a deeper dive into the details of your CPE to check your Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education-approved CPE claim submissions. Keep up to date on what’s happening in pharmacy regulation and practice news. With the NABP app, pharmacists can also: • Add, update, and verify license information within their NABP e-Profile dashboard. • Take care of all CPE activity and tracking from one dashboard. • Verify how much CPE credit they need to meet license renewal requirements. • Export detailed CPE Monitor® transcripts to send to boards of pharmacy. • View their NABP Verify credentials and digital badges. Download the NABP app and log in with your NABP e-Profile credentials. Don’t have an e-Profile account yet? No problem. Pharmacists and technicians can create their free NABP e-Profile account on the NABP mobile app.
Broken features
Settings to enable FaceID upon login does not work. Settings to enable 2FA via text message does not work. Date range for CPE monitor does not support future dates in custom range to align with registration period. App periodically crashes.
Doesn’t let me make an account
Wish I could use this but it doesn’t let me even set up the account. It just says something went wrong when I put in the email address to begin set up 🤨 frustrating. Would have been great.
Liked it better before the latest update!
I’m licensed in multiple states and preferred being able to track each state’s requirements separately. I don’t like the new view with only one dial.
Date Range Display Improvement
Would you be able to give each user the ability to save a default date range view, so that we would not have to change the date parameters every time we login? It could be specific to each users renewal time, and allow for a more efficient experience. Thanks for the consideration!
What happened?
The app worked fine until I recently updated it. Now I cannot sign into it consistently. The app seems to be caught in a loop. This is very frustrating!

Unable to login after recent updates
I love the app, and it’s a great way to keep up with CE; however, I’ve been unable to login for the last couple of weeks. Other than not working, the app is great.
We have made adjustments to the login process to ensure that all users can access their accounts without interruption. To address technical issues, we have temporarily disabled biometric authentication. We are actively working on enhancements and plan to reintroduce this feature once improvements are complete.
