The Initial K app includes: - an interactive story - target word cards (with modeling at the phoneme and word level) - auditory bombardment - 3 separate games with a phonological awareness component - the language concept of object/function is also included
Great for the little guys
As an SLP, I love this app. It’s so great for beginning a sound! I love the story, and the different activities to really get to know the sound. I don’t know how/where to ask the developer a question so I thought I would try here. I think this is the best app for my little guys (3-5) who aren’t reading and are just starting out. I see you have a few later developing sounds, but do you have any plans for more younger sounds/positions? I would love this app for all positions of /k, g/; initial /h, j/; maybe a combination (for voicing issues) of /p, b/ and /t, d/. Thank you for making this app!

I'm a speech therapist and one of my colleagues suggested this app to me. I purchased and am so glad I did! This app is actually based on effective speech therapy practices and the kids love it!

LOVE it!!! This app is great for practicing the K sound. It has so much more to offer than typical articulation apps. My kids love playing the games and the illustrations are adorable.
MORE PLEASE!
I have never written a review, but am compelled to write this one! This articulation platform is new and refreshing for use with my PreK students. Not just picture cards to drill, it's engaging and innovative. I sincerely hope that /m/, /p/, and /b/ are coming soon!!!
Adorable and effective
I am looking forward to more sounds being available. My 4-year-old student was enchanted with it.
