App is clunky
There’s no back button, which makes shopping difficult. Please add that function to improve functionality. Thanks
2024 version
There used to be a back button. Now if you are on page three of a product type (think layer cakes as a product type) and click on an item, to get out of that item, you have to go to the home page. Not the top of the product page you were on, or even the first page of that product type, the home page that shows up when you first open the app. This process, remembering where you were so you can click through menus to get back to it every time something catches your eye, disincentives shopping with Missouri star. I don’t know about you, but I don’t have the patience to go back more than three times before I give up, and since I am usually looking to spend more money for free shipping, I usually question if my original items are worth the purchase. You also used to be able to bookmark tutorials to find them easily, but no longer. Now to find a particular tutorial you have to go through sub menus and hope you’re right. And when you find the tutorial you’re looking for, you’d better take a screenshot, because you still can’t bookmark it for reference. Overall it seems usable convenience as well as educational features were sacrificed for poorly executed commercial features.

Place order twice and nothing….
I’ve placed an order two days in a row using Apple Pay. Both times, as far as I can tell, the order hasn’t gone through. No email or anything confirming order. So what is happening with my financial information??? Also, if I click on something, there isn’t a back button to go back to where I was looking. This app needs work.
Still bad
New version still almost unusable. Nothing is easy to get to, especially videos (which is what I use the app for, instead of the website). HOW IS THERE NO “BACK” BUTTON?!? Everytime I look at a product, I can’t just go back to the search results, I have to start all over. Pretty much won’t be using it anymore if I can help it. Shame, because I like this company a lot and have been shopping and learning from them for a long time.
I like the old app
It was so much easier with the old app to find the tutorials I needed. This new one just freezes up whenever I put in a tutorial search. I am using the iPad Air 2 and it just doesn’t perform like the other app. I’ll just go search YouTube.
I’m not loving this app
I’m kind of sad about the new and improved app. I’ve lost all of my favorited tutorials. I have great difficulty getting around in the app. The search engine gets you products but not videos. I’m going to delete the app and stick with YouTube. From a long time customer and visitor to Hamilton (16 hours drive away).
