Horrible
This app is horrible, not only do you have to have premium to even get questioned answered but you also have to pay for a speedy tutor to answer the question because if you don’t you’ll be sitting there for 30 minutes before a tutor can solve the question. That alone cost 19.99 but you also have to pay for coins for future to answer the questions and the coins are expensive. If you pay for the subscription why do you have to pay for the coins so the tutor can solve them ? Thats greedy and horrible service. The tutors are rude and will argue with you and steal your coins. This app is very money hungry and selfish. I’ve complained to support and nothing happened they’re bots they do nothing for the resolution. Please save your self time and money and get a good app that works and that is free

Submitted a PRE ALGEBRA question that I didn’t quite get and noted that I only had 1-2 minutes for a solution as I was doing a timed assignment. I’d literally just downloaded the app so I was trying to get in and out QUICKLY and was told that my task was completed a minute or so after submitting it just to go and attempt to look at the answer and be greeted by a blurred image and a paywall. I figured okay whatever I need help NOW so I subscribe assuming that I’ll immediately get access to the previously blurred answer and be able to go on my way. NOPE! As soon as I subscribed the blurred image along with the message of my task being done disappeared and then a thing that said “solving your task “ with an ETA of 2 minutes appeared . I quickly realized that my task had only in fact not been solved but most likely hadn’t even been assigned to a real person until I paid up like they wanted. I have sat here and watched the ETA go from 1-2 minutes repeatedly for the past 23 minutes and have just now gotten a message that says “ I see that you have 3 solutions on your balance, so you can solve 3 tasks. Try again now or later, maybe you just got unlucky.” (That’s pasted directly from the chat) so I guess I in fact will not be getting an answer after waiting almost 25 minutes for a “1-2 minute” solution. Thank you for literally nothing.
