Not available “Anytime, Anywhere”
I’m aboard a flight on the way to work and not able to take any mariner Learning systems quizzes. Getting object and server errors from within the app on a 25 Mbps connection. This exceeds Mariner’s requirements of 15 Mbps download minimum. On the ground with 100 Mbps connection all is good. Also no tech support via chat, phone only, so I’m not able to get Mariner help while in the air.
Unable to get courses on app
Unable to get my courses on the app. Also, the help function does not work. Would love to study and go through quizzes on here, but unable to at this time.
Does this even work?
It keeps telling me there is scheduled maintenance and I should check back later in the day. That was several days ago.
Do not recommend!!
This course is poorly organized, online videos are from the 1980’s, and it’s full of info you won’t even be tested on. Do an in-person class instead.
Stopped working
I liked the quizzes on it when I first got the app but now It’s says I have no courses available to quiz. Also can access any of the course material from the app. I hope they fix it soon
Never worked
The app loads but every click is an error. The white screen, or just nothing. The only thing that worked was the link to the website— so why bother with the app? I tried for weeks, gave up. Use a Flashcards app from another vendor that offered OUPV cards — much better than this. Also, customer support from this company is horrible and arrogant. Unhelpful and they make excuses...horrible.
No working
Worked great at first now nothing but a white screen. Frustrating Update: the I T staff reached out to notify me that the issues with the app have been fixed. Now works great! Customer service was stellar.
Removed Windy Integration.
