This app, put simply is an absolute mess. It’s slow, so incredibly slow. It’s not optimised for iPhone at all. The chat functionality barely works and the image upload doesn’t work at all - a prime example of non-native apps being a lazy, cost cutting approach to building an app.

The new update ruined the app. I no longer see arrival/pick up times or nap times easily. Also, the “tour” in the profile section is too long and I can not scroll to click off of the 2nd part of the tour. The whole app then freezes and I have to shut it down. We just started using it and these changes make the app really impossible to use!
