Horrible, don’t download it
It doesnt let tou cancel their subscription and they dont give you no answer when you contact them. There is no button to stop charges

Sorry Customer Support
I have been using this software for a couple of weeks now and decided to buy the Life License for $40. I have also tried to buy coins 3 different times. So far, the money has been deducted from my bank account, but still yet to receive any of the upgrades. I have tried to contact their Customer Service for the last 3 days and have yet to get a reply. So, the software ran well while I was playing the free version, but it looks to be some sort of scam when you try to pay them for an upgrade. Which is too bad because it’s a good application but they cannot continue taking customers money and not delivering the promised content or upgrade. My advice is to play the free version but do not try to upgrade or buy any accessories- unfortunately that has been a waste of money and frustrating to me and I have enough of that already!!

One star rating given because I cannot find a way to go back and review what I’ve learned. Should be able to go over completed modules for a summary of word learned and their translation.
Unresolved issue with purchases
I have tried to resolve this directly with WordsApp also with Apple. WordsApp has not responded to my emails at all. I made two in app purchases, and I did not receive anything for either of them. Additionally, the word “aún” shows up in the game with two translations on the same board - “still” and “yet”. If you pick the wrong one you lose the point. “Aún” always displays with the accent. So there is no way to differentiate between the two. Other than that it is a fun app.
Love this game but have been charged without receiving product multiple times now
I’ve been regligiously playing this game almost daily for over a year. I absolutely love it. Paid for premium last year and let it renew when it came time. All of a sudden, starting Dec 1 I kept running into errors after my purchases went through for discounted bundle packs and and extra perks. I thought maybe I needed to uninstall and reinstall. Lost all my progress and now the game doesn’t recognize that I paid for premium for the year either. Active subscription is still listed on my phone. Now I just found out that all those attempted purchases for packs I made this past December, including ones I made after uninstalling and reinstalling were actually coming out of my account. I’ve tried writing to report it and ask for help but never heard anything and it’s been two weeks. So I decided to go into Apple and request a refund for all those purchases due to “in app purchases not received” - which is one of the options Apple lists as a reason for a refund request. However, they only let me request a refund for one of these charges and I’m not sure where to go from here. I did want to cancel my active subscription in case someone finally got back to me, but I paid for premium and am not receiving it. I bought multiple puzzle packs (now realizing I was charged around $60 once all the attempts added up) and can’t request refunds. Yet I still play this every single day. It’s been super helpful for vocab learning and it’s addictive but I really hope someone sees this and gets back to me regarding the charges. I can’t even re purchase premium as it’s active but not recognized on the app and nowhere to login 😔
