First impression

I like that the kanji is level-appropriate, and that it prevents you from making a wrong stroke. I also like the example phrases and buttons that detail the kanji. The effects when you complete a kanji is also cute and encouraging What would make me rate this five stars 1. A “Help” button. One that tells you what the purpose of the app is, as well as what “kun”, “on”, “bushu”, etc. mean, and how they contribute to the word 2. An English meaning that accompanies the on and kun readings on the first page. 3. An option to turn off the arrow that guides you from stroke to stroke. It was helpful in the beginning, but became extraneous pretty quickly I’ll update as I keep using the app.
