As the images show, the UI is very nice. Photos chosen to illustrate meaning of words are well chosen. The hand reaching up through the grate to illustrate "help!" Is a perfect example. The games and learning drills are well designed and do help me learn. 5 ⭐️s On the down side, there is no real depth: Nine categories with about 20 words or phrases in each category. There is no attempt to teach verb forms, conjugation, tense or any other grammatical usage training. 3 ⭐️s Cost: This is the most I have ever paid for an iPhone app, but honestly, I get much more utility from many <$3.00 apps! 1 ⭐️. The male and female voices in the app are high quality recordings. I downloaded another free app that can be upgraded for $3.99 and get 3,500 vocabulary words/phrases. Compare this to the 180 in this app for more than double the cost. I would really love to see this app expanded because I love the user experience.
