Stream Live Events and Classes from The Kabbalah Centre, learn from thousands of pre-recorded on-demand lessons, and connect with teachers for personalized Kabbalistic guidance. Kabbalah is an ancient spiritual wisdom that empowers us to improve our lives, discover our purpose, and achieve the lasting fulfillment we are meant to receive. We exist to empower humanity to achieve true fulfillment and encourage curiosity & openness. For centuries, the study of Kabbalah was available only to scholarly, married religious men over the age of forty, and forbidden to all others. This tradition of hidden knowledge existed until 1969, when Rav Phillip Berg first became Director of the Kabbalah Centre. Together, Rav Berg and his wife Karen sought to make the wisdom of Kabbalah accessible and understandable to everyone, regardless of race, gender, or religious belief. The Kabbalah Centre is a non-profit organization that serves students and our surrounding community with a place to study both online and in person, and a way to apply the tools of Kabbalah through connections, events and volunteering. We collect and translate the sacred texts of the ancient Kabbalists in hopes of exposing these secrets to students of every language, religion or spiritual practice. Our mission is to share Kabbalah’s life-changing wisdom and tools with as many people in the world as possible.
Content is amazing, the app is not.
The content of the Kabbalah university is amazing, however the app does not deliver. It needs a lot of work, especially if the membership is $49.00 a month. I want to continue learning but with this app it makes it almost impossible.
Videos won’t play when screen is locked
Wish it was possible to listen to the (video) classes while the screen is locked so the battery won’t drain also avoid any unwanted butt calls and etc. Not sure if I have to change some settings or it’s by design. That’s the only reason I still use my browser instead of the app.
Frustrating
For an app with so much content, it could use better organization. Yes, there are “topics” there, but let say one wants a beginner’s Kabbalah course. Unless he knows the actual title of the beginners course and types it in, he’ll never find it. This app needs clearly defined and robust menus. Not just general topic buttons. “Kabbalah level 1” “Kabbalah level 2” “Kabbalah level 3” etc “Zohar level 1” “Zohar level 2” etc “Kabbalah on the parsha” And so on. Yes, the videos are there in abundance. But good luck finding them.
