This app is absolutely adorable and really gets you Interested in using conversational Japanese. I hope that they continue to build upon this game because I feel that they could go even further with it. It might be a tad tricky if you don’t know anything about the Japanese language to start with, but they do Introduce a lot of beginning topics to help you out. Would recommend as a supplemental for anyone looking for a something to keep them interested and motivated to learn Japanese!

I don’t like being required to go through matching hiragana to English letters. Hiragana characters have sounds that are associated with them which are not exactly like sounds represented by English letters. These Japanese learning apps need to stop pushing romaji on everyone.

i have no items and no stamina i’m on one life and i can’t do quizzes, i’ve done all of the practices and i’ve done my best to complete everything i can. i’m not very far into the game and i’d love to keep playing. but i don’t think i can. it is a great fun game besides this little issue. thanks for making the game :) (it’s probably just me since i am terrible at these kind of games)
