This app is awful. Music terrible and too loud, nothing to encourage child to actually do the activities in real life. He just wants see the scene out of morbid curiosity. No accumulation of points or checking anything off a list. Just a bunch of awful songs with no animation.

While some children will certainly enjoy this perky app, I was disappointed that it provided no options for parents and kids to tailor the app to, or set up a reward system for, their own morning routines. Nor did it allow a person to change or stop the music, which I fear guarantees a limited life for any app because so few people can tolerate endless repetition. Nonetheless, it's a good start and, with a bit more development, it could be very good. It's got stiff competition out there. Keep working! The more interactions possible and the more options available, the better the response will be.

iTouchiLearn Life Skills: Morning Routines for Preschool Kids is a nice app to use in trying to establish a morning routine. From waking up and learning to mind a clock to washing up, getting dressed, eating breakfast and having your bookbag packed, this app sets up earning tokens for accomplishing each of these tasks. Rewards for earning all your tokens can be set up between you and your child prior to playing which will make doing the routine more real and motivating. The song "this is the way we..." is played throughout, guaranteeing even the most stubborn of us to go do what we need to finish. I would use this for preschoolers or early elementary students and then transition to a visual schedule as they are able. There are links to other apps from the developer under an unsecured tab. Recommended.

My kids, and especially my daughter, loved playing this app. On a funny note, it also helps me show my kids that the routines we do in the morning are done by most kids and not a plot by my wife and I to make them cranky. :)

My daughter loves this app! She compares herself to the girl character. I play the wake up song in the morning and she wakes up with no problem and gets ready for school. My only complaint is that it doesn't work for her iPod touch and I had to purchase it again using my iPhone.

A great app made by great people! My daughter who is high functioning autistic loves this app and it had a slight hiccup. I emailed the developer and received a response within minutes and my issue was solved. I have since downloaded their other apps just based on their awesome customer service!!!!

Both of my children have Autism, my daughter especially responds well to this app in motivating her to get ready in the morning. Please make more for going potty, bath, bedtime, staying sitting and eating meals, haircuts, doing homework, would all be helpful. My kids love nursery rhymes songs, if your happy and you know it, row,row, your boat, itsy bitsy spider, there was an old lady who swallowed a fly, paddy cake, etc. Maybe you can do some renditions of those songs?
