What’s growing in your child’s imagination? Help plant the seed about how fun and tasty vegetables and fruits can be! With the help of Harry the bunny, your toddler can grow and prepare a variety of veggies in this virtual garden activity developed by BabyFirst and the American Heart Association. 

In the Child Zone kids design, plant, tend and harvest their gardens, then prepare their produce by chopping, juicing, baking or grilling.  In the Parent Zone, you can find reports on your child’s activities, easy kid-friendly recipes for each vegetable and fruit, and more resources on healthy eating and living. You can also upload a photo for a more personalized experience and opt in to receive notification messages.

This engaging and educational app was designed for ages 2-4 by experts in child development, healthy eating and gardening. It teaches important skills and lessons about where food comes from, while also getting children interested in trying and eating healthy foods. It’s a great way to keep little ones entertained, especially at the store or market where they can help find the vegetables and fruits they’ve been growing!
