Need to fix the General Yest
Either text is missing or all the answers are wrong.
So many gen questions not complete
About 25% min of the general questions don’t have the full question. It’s like is drops the last half the question. G4A04 and G0A10 two examples. There are many more. Switching to another app.
Bad UI
I just started using this to study for the general class exam. About every fourth question does not completely show up in the question box. The result is you have no idea what they are asking for. This user interface error need to get fixed for the app to be useful.
No Back Arrow, Why?
A back arrow in the study section sure would be nice. I can’t tell you how many times I have double tap the arrow to advance to the next question, and end up skipping a question The question text could be a little bit larger. It is placed in a large gray box, and it only uses about 1/10 of it In the words of Carl Sagan... ”seems like an awful waste of space.”
Great study but outdated question pool
I used this for studying along with the ARRL study guide and discovered many of the question references (ie TB206) in the app do not correspond to the questions in the official ARRL 4th edition (July 1st 2018 to June 30th 2022) study book. Which means the question pool used in this app is not up to date with the current test pool used by ARRL for license testing.
Great prep for exam
I used this app for 2 days prior to the exam in addition to a reference book that I used for about 3 weeks and passed the exam with no surprises at all on the exam. The fact that you have access to mock exams anywhere and anytime is super convenient to study for a minute or an hour.
No landscape mode on iPad?
While I find this a handy tool for studying on the go. I purchased due to the fact it also had an iPad app. No landscape mode is a deal breaker for me.
