The app is barebones basic and limits you at 20 cards forcing you to pay a ridiculous subscription for more than 20 study cards.

I do like this app, but it’s pretty costly for not having any support whatsoever. I wrote to them three times via their parent company, thiscenturysoftware.com and no one ever responded. The sync isn’t working properly, there seems to be no way to change the font size as it is bigger or smaller for no apparent reason. I also wanted to ask if they were going to include a search function. I suppose i feel I’ve been duped to some extent since I assumed customer support would at least exist, but my gut tells me they put it out there to see how much money they could make and basically it’s a dead app.

Wrote to their customer service email 3 times and no response. While I didn’t expect an immediate response, it’s been over 4 months now. So I’ll put my questions here in the hopes someone will respond. 1. How do you sync between devices? 2. Is it possible to change the font size so I can fit more in to a card. The type gets cut off if you have too much on a card. 3. Do you plan to include a search function in the future? That would be really helpful. Lastly, Redondo to your customers! The parent company is “This Century Software,” but I didn’t think that would mean it would take a century to hear back from someone. Come on!
