The app will give me notifications for a few weeks on when the bus is arriving then all of the sudden it stops alerting and I have to delete the app and reinstall in order for it to work for a few weeks . It’s so annoying to keep to deleting and reinstalling and app to only work for a few weeks. Even if I sign out and sign back in it still doesn’t work without deleting .

honestly this app pisses me off, always freezes location and doesn’t update it til hours later, isn’t very helpful bc i needa know when bus is near by so i can start walking and don’t miss it but it always lags

In the 1.5 years I’ve used this app, I may have gone (at most) 1 month before I get hit with issues. It logs me out with no rhyme or reason, it’s told me I don’t have a kid, or it says my kids don’t have a bus scheduled for weeks at a time. IF it works, it’s a great tool for getting to the bus stop in time, esp on days the weather is terrible, but it’s a 1.5-2 star app bc of the constant issues.

I’m updating my review to 1 star because literally the only thing this app had going for it compared to the old one was that it didn’t randomly sign you out. Guess what: it just started doing that also. It’s obvious the developer got paid by their contract with the school and has just pushed the “screw it” button.

Even though my daughter is travelling but gps is not working for me. No support people whatsoever. We need to guess everytime that bus might reach stop. Really bad app.

I downloaded this app and it worked once to show me where my son’s bus was. After this the app didn’t work anymore and it only shows the drop off and pick up times with no movement of the actual bus.
