The Student app includes all student contains (text, image, video, tasks, answer keys) organized in an efficient and user-friendly after-class tool. The Workbook app contains all self-training interactive tasks. Access to self-correction, score and answer keys are available depending on type of tasks. A total of 1500 tasks on 5 levels. The inApps contain many resources medias; a strong and stable wireless connection is required throughout the initial download.
Can't dowload the paid version of A1 student e-book
On April 8, 2016, I bought the $24.99 paid version of the student book A1 méthodo de français but I couldn't download it. I followed all the instructions but nothing happened. How can I get my money back?

this a about the third time i had to download i this app i am not understanding why this ebook cant stay on my tablet nobody has uses my ipad and i did not delete it disgusted

App downloaded fine... the "Issue" (the actual learning material) within the app that cost me $24.99 did not! It took multiple attempts over the course of about 36 hours (turn Auto Lock to "Never" or plug in ipad and turn on music on repeat to keep it downloading) and once it finally did download, only the menu screen worked! The subsequent pages were all black! I reloaded the app and tried again... many hours of downloading later... same thing! I updated my iOs to 7.1.2 thinking that might help... big mistake! Now when I reload the app and then tap either "Restore My Purchases" or "Buy" to try again to download the "Issue" I paid $24.99 for, the whole app immediately crashes! Please either make it work or give me my $24.99 back!

The quality of the material is excellent and the multimedia tools embedded in the app make it really a very good tool. Unfortunately the App is Instable and keep crashing. Moreover, I am not able anymore to download a book that I have already purchased.
