Pointless
I’m renting some textbooks, they are e-books so I downloaded this so I can read them and they don’t show up. It just says I haven’t made any purchases. Smh all this money spend on a e-book just so I have to login online every time.

One thing that is lacking within this application is accessing the books I buy through Chegg itself. I’m currently in a financial management class, and I would like to have the book read aloud to me on my way to work. However, the app is unable to access the book and I have to go through the online portal. What is the point of having this application if I can’t access anything?

I downloaded the app in hopes to read my textbooks on the go and they just aren’t there. I have no problem accessing my books on a browser but they just do not exist on the app.

Apparently rented ebooks will not come out unless you purchase the book. Asides from that, ebook is very glitchy on computer. I was pretty excited to use Chegg. First and last time I use Chegg.

The application doesn’t deliver any service as a separate application “eReader”. Don’t waste your time verifying your credentials or payment history. It just doesn’t deliver in the app itself. Sad, it would be perfect at times I find myself waiting or jogging at the gym.
