Carline Hound is the #1 app for school car rider line dismissal efficiency and safety.  We take the hair pulling frustration out of organizing your students for dismissal to the car rider line.  An extremely simple app for a complex job.

Only one subscription to Carline Hound is required for an entire school's worth of users.  One person needs to subscribe, then that person can invite other users.  Each individual user does not need to subscribe.  Carline Hound is intended to be used by school administrators, not parents.

To use this app, each car rider family needs to be assigned a number.  A spreadsheet in XLSX format is uploaded to the app.  This file will contain car line rider names, numbers, and teachers associated with the children in the car.

When cars arrive into the car rider carline they should display the number which was assigned to them.  If the car is a carpool picking up multiple families, display those numbers as well.  A car line "walker" will record the numbers shown by each car on the "Walker" screen of the app.  Up to 4 carpool numbers can be entered per vehicle.

Meanwhile, the Marshal is in the assembly area.  They are watching the "Marshal" view.  As the walker progresses down the car rider line, numbers and names will begin to appear on the "Marshal" view.  As students are lined up and ready to proceed to the cars, the Marshal will "dismiss" a group.  This will make the next group show up in the Marshal view.  This process continues until all students have been dismissed.

The third view is "Classroom View".  This view shows the upcoming students for each specific teacher's classroom.  Each teacher will watch this view and know when to send a car rider to the assembly point.  As the Marshal dismisses groups, the "Classroom View" advances as well.

The final view is "Large Display".  This view shows the upcoming groups of students.  This view is meant to be broadcast onto a large screen using Apple Airplay mirroring or shown .  This allows everyone in the room to watch and be ready to dismiss.  As the Marshal dismisses groups, the "Large Display" advances as well.
