Works terrible on iPad
The app needs to be erased and reinstalled almost every day on iPad. It works better on android

The app is good in theory with an attractive layout and is user friendly, however none of the clickable links on the app to view media (e.g x-rays or EKGs) ever open and you get an error message. Additionally you can’t create flash cards or make notes and it won’t allow you to suspend a test or even submit a test when it is completed. It’s very frustrating and for the money for subscription it should be fixed. I find myself needing to use my laptop in order to use the browser where the software actually works.

Uworld questions are great but the app needs work. It will very often have an error when I try to suspend (AKA save) my exam. There’s no other option but to quit the app and return to the exam but all my progress/highlights will be gone. I also randomly won’t be able to open clickable links in the explanation or save flash cards. But it’s great when it actually works!

Everytime I try to login it’s asking me that I need to “ Verify Subscription We will need you to login to your ¡Tunes account with which you have purchased this product to verify your subscription.” There is no active subscription via iPhone for this applicafion!!

Everytime I try to logon it says I need an active subscription, but on the browser I can access my Uworld Board Review Qbank without any issues. Why won’t the ipad app work?!?!?

Do MKSAP and NEJM+ first. Guidelines are sparsely cited and rife with errors in answer explanations. Decent resource if you have time to double check with the appropriate society guidelines (which is terrible considering you pay $500). 20% are great questions, 50% test good content but are way too long, 30% need significant improvement in how to present data and formulate the question.

UWorld was great for STEP 1, decent for STEP 2, poor for STEP 3 (btw I got in the 260’s so not posting because I’m bitter) and terrible for the boards. I’m not even through with it but I’m finding terrible errors. For instance an aortic regurgitation question that managed to get the screening intervals wrong and indications for replacement incorrect (ACC has an easy to read diagram). Questions are hit or miss. Some are well written. Others are very poorly written with either incomplete workup and management (like not attempting to stabilize a patient with a massive PE prior to deciding the imaging modality to pursue) or leaving out key physical exam feats. I regret spend 500$ on this. MKSAP and NEJM are much better with citations to up to date guidelines. I’m very disappointed with UWorld
