I downloaded this for my 13mo baby cousin and I went on it and it wasn’t even updated for spring it’s still on the Christmas update and I’m on the free trial and the unlimited songs won’t let me favorite them and some won’t even play DON’T MAKE THE MISTAKE OF DOWNLOADING IT!!!!!!!!!

Although I purchased an annual subscription, the app malfunctions and a pop-up box constantly interrupts my Autistic, ADHD son from enjoying the music. The pop-up box is constantly requesting to pay for the subscription, and it will not allow my son to listen to all the music available.

This app has never worked. No matter how many times I’ve tried to “restore” it, which is literally every single time my daughter tries to use it. I’m paying for an app that she has never been able to use even once and cannot figure out how to contact or cancel the subscription.
