I haven’t tried other RE apps (do they even exist?), but Aceable is incredibly well executed for the modern learner. It’s simply a fun and well organized experience that makes it possible to study deeply and on the go. Just about everything you need is here: funny lessons, study guides, quizzes, flash cards, videos, glossaries, etc.

My experience thus far with AceableAgent is rewarding..A lot to digest but overall the information is there. However, I had to restart a couple times because the audio read along was going pretty fast.

The app is easy to use, but I never would do the online version again. The real estate course is supposed to be 63 hours, but I have spent over 100 hours and am only 60% through. All the interactive parts, unnecessary corny content, and videos that cannot be sped up significantly slow the course down. With an in-person class I would have been done by now.

I used this to get my real estate license and loved it. However when I went back for my SAE courses, the updates included a timer. I get distracted very easily and reading at my own pace, getting in a groove is what got me through getting my license. However, with the timer at the bottom that doesn’t allow me to move on to the next page breaks me from my concentration and I get distracted waiting for the timer to finish. Very awful for someone like me who needs to isolate themselves from distraction and get in a roll learning just to be forced to be distracted with thoughts while waiting. Completely ruined it for me. The one perk they did add is the new exam option. I like being able to take the test at my own time and let them review it. Doesn’t make it worth the distracting timer though.

I broke this course into semesters. Busy single mom and had to stretch my time. I’m grateful that I am taking the time to actually learn the material without the pressure to finish in a certain time.
