I spent 6 months researching every option for field service management & Zuper was hands down the best. Others say flexible Zuper actually is flexible & the onboarding team gave us very hands on support. Highly recommend if you are growing as fast as we are.
GREAT Onboarding experience! So happy with Product too
GREAT Onboarding experience! The Zuper onboarding team has gone out of their way at every step to make sure we got everything we needed. They even moved forward a product roadmap feature to get us what we need by go-live which was a 6 month acceleration to when that feature was supposed to be added to product. We finished onboarding at the 90 days committed when we signed the contract so I looked so good to our CEO when we went live on time with the entire team trained. Asset preventative maintenance & work order management profitability reporting has changed how we operate so we know if we make money or not. Highly recommend & I never leave reviews but onboarding went so out of their way I wanted to go out of the way for Zuper. Thank you very very happy customer & highly recommend!
- Offline route is now supported - Truck map support is now added while updating the status to `On the Way` - Migrated job conflict API to Teamwork mins API, and the conflict alert visibility logic updated - Timesheet edit restricted by selecting previous or future dates, only the time can be updated - Added toast notifications to show errors when the socket fails to send a message, notifying the user. - We have resolved various minor bugs to enhance the overall user experience, ensuring a seamless journey from start to finish.
