Drivers can make real-time delivery order status updates to the DART Baggage Tracking System. WMS will send delivery coordinates to WheresMySuitcase.com to allow customers to see the location of their delivery order.

Hi, I use this daily, I believe if we have something marked out for delivery, customers should not have the ability to place on hold. We have the bag out with us. Some delivery drivers don’t live close to where you have to take it back too, or the office is locked and cannot bring it back. Also when the customer sends us a message, we should have the ability to respond through messages.
