A major incident management tool that helps WESG members resist, respond, react to and recover from a terrorist attack or other disruptive event.  A platform to host and share best practice, to provide the means to send and receive real-time messaging during an emerging and escalating incident and to communicate via a conference call facility to improve situational awareness and assist in the post incident recovery.
