I have had issues with the app since I started using it, and even after I deleted it and reinstalled it. It opens to the screen where you choose the knot or wedding wire, but it stays stuck on the next screen where it traces the word pro over and over again. Once in a while, it will open correctly so that I can see my information about possible jobs, but most of the time it stays stuck on the screen with the word pro. It is frustrating because I am on the go most of the time and it is more cumbersome to log into the website to access the information. It would be nice to have the the app for easier mobile access. When it opens correctly, it is very helpful, but unfortunately, that doesn’t happen very often.

The app has major issues loading. Being able to use an app to keep up with incoming leads and communication from my phone would be a game changer so I’m really hopeful that something is done about it!

I was excited to download this app because it sounded great with combined messages from TheKnot and WeddingWire. However, it almost never loads correctly and I receive message notifications very late. I have just resorted to checking my email routinely because I could receive a notification a week of so after the initial message was received. I hope the bugs are fixed, otherwise I may just delete it and keep an eye on the email.
