This is the first review I’ve ever written, which should highlight how frustrating it is to deal with this service. I’ve given them 2 chances. Both times the drivers barely spoke a word of english or Arabic which makes for very difficult communication. Location never works accurately with them. When involving support, their attitude is extremely unacceptable and clearly don’t have a minutes worth of training in customer service. Driver never arrived on location (in both cases) and when asking management to support with the logistics and communication, they tell me they “will see” and ignore all my following attempts to follow up and communicate. Save your time and money and use Sweater or Loz of any other business for that matter.
