I am locked out again for the millionth time and it’s been days. How can I be locked out for days. Something is seriously wrong here. It also needs size updating for the iPad Pro 11 inch. Seriously let’s get this fixed.

This is the worst piece of technology I think I have ever used. More often than not it locks the user out or suddenly becomes offline. I spent over two hours on the phone with a technician a couple of weeks ago and finally got it to work but just now it happened again so I just had to write a review and hope that the architects of this app will rectify the problem.

Whenever I am offsite, I cannot connect to the system. I get either a “login timeout” message on my Android phone, or a “cannot connect” message on my IPad. This happens whether I’m around the block at a neighbor’s house or 3000 miles away. How about ADT try to do something about this. BTW, it does work perfectly when I’m sitting in my house which is not why I got this app.

Where do I start? 1. Had to reinstall on iPad and Android cell after last update; 2. fails to connect; 3. got it to work on android phone, but the orientation is locked on landscape, which distorts the resolution; 4. Will NOT work on iPad; 5. What a waste of time. ADT, can’t you do something here?!?

Fix this app! I spent a fortune on cameras and every time I leave town and try and login to view, it says user is locked. You have to kidding me!

Not easy to try to understand how to use the App features, and would be a whole lot more user-friendly to enable Touch ID instead of a password each time!

At each startup all cameras have to be individually entered to view, making it very time consuming. Wish it could be able to show a quick view. Currently this app is not practical.
