Bugs
Used this for about a year. They updated it and no longer works on my device. No responses from email or bug reports. Had to discontinue and look elsewhere
Won’t refund
I was looking at this app and I downloaded it and then I accidentally clicked subscription and then my Face ID automatically confirmed it and I spent $10 for no reason on an app I’m never going to use and I cannot get a refund and I cannot find any where that says I can get a refund and customer I can’t contact so I’m writing a review

Forced rating suggestion
My employees can’t clock in without rating the app. I’m already paying for monthly and I rated it, but can we use the app first. It appears to be a bug and every one asks what to do, I say just rate it however you feel and it’s always 1 star lol. I think maybe you should put a week delay on it, or an incentive. What about custom color or splash screen if you rate it. Just something different because you really shooting yourself in the foot here. Also really need an android version because not every employee on earth will have an iPhone. Just some suggestions, it does work at least!
