I’ve found the app easy to navigate and things are intuitive to do. My only qualm is that I have had a handful of instances where I was not notified of a new lead even though I refreshed the page. Thankfully, the brides had the same experience and understood.

Great on the iPhone but I wish it was iPad compatible. It doesn’t fit the screen and when I log in I can’t tap anything. Maybe I’m missing something but I know a lot of wedding professionals use an iPad so it’s weird the app wouldn’t be efficient as well. I also have some weird sizing issues on my phone and have total the back button multiple times for it to work.

This app won’t stay logged in so it does not alert you of new inquiries except thru the email. This is the only app that I have to log in on every time I use it.

Ever since the merged systems with Wedding Wire, this app is trash. It constantly logs me out, it doesn’t fit on my phone screen canvas, you can’t do anything except respond to leads. Because it just logs me out all the time, though, I never want to use it.

I have to sign in every time I open the app. It automatically logs me out each time I close the app and it is very annoying. I emailed customer service but no one returned my email.
