Telesheba is a public service oriented application. It enables the subscribers of Bangladesh Telecommunications Company Limited (BTCL) to complain about the services (Telephone, Internet-GPON and ADSL, Bill etc.) provided by BTCL. The complaints submitted by subscribers will automatically notify the respective officers of BTCL so that they (BTCL Officers) can fix the complaints and notify the subscribers too. BTCL subscribers can get the complaints' status through this app and give their feedback. Telesheba also allows people to submit application for new telephone and internet (ADSL and GPON) connection. Moreover, subscribers can view their bill using this app and register their email address and mobile number to get their monthly bill via email and SMS. Subscriber also apply for prepaid telephone and Internet (GPON and ADSL) and payment the demand note by using this App. It's easy to complain and apply for new connection. Just sign up with your valid email address and 11 digit mobile number. After sign up you can login with your email address or 11 digit mobile number. Main Features: 1. এই এপস টা অনেক কাজের ছিল এক সময়ে। এর মাধ্যমে অভিযোগ জানালে অনেক দ্রুত সমাধান হয়ে যেত, যার কারনে লাইন ম্যান দের দৌরাত্ব কমে গিয়েছিল। বেশ কিছুদিন হলো এপস টি কাজ করছে না। টেলিফোনে অভিযোগ জানানোর হট লাইন ও কাজ করছে না…. বিষয় টি দ্রুত সমাধান করা উচিত।

Service issues
I downloaded the app yesterday and registered my complaints. One BTCL connection in my home is dead for many years. Many complaints could not fix it yet. Another connection is dead for the last five days. Had complained to the local centre. No result as yet. Now, the app is not opening. I tried opening via the App Store. Still, doesn’t open. What does one do with such terrible service in such a situation? Meanwhile, all the bills come regularly and we pay on time. No payment is pending. BTCL has to improve its service level to its customers. Otherwise, more and more people will surrender their connections. Only step left for us now is to publish our ordeal in the press and approach the Telecommunications Minister.
