Shockingly bad.
Great app! But you can’t even get messages to play easily because (literally) the PLAY BUTTON isn’t even accurate. You might get it to work 1/10 times. Where it wants you to push on a standard sized circular object is beyond me. Also… no voicemail forwarding / email feature, and no fast way to delete junk numbers coming in. Zero effort has been made to remedy the basic flaws of the UI let alone the missing features that are standard fare on any other voicemail system. Please, Sangoma… give me something to believe in?
The opposite of user friendly
This app is not acceptable in 2022, switching phone providers for this reason. Companies need to stay with current technology if they want to be successful.
Worthless
This app has so much potential with linking to your extensions contacts and activity. 75% of the time I have to reply “let me call you on my cell” I really hope they improve this and prevent the call quality, answering and nobody is there and just not working.
Used to work…
This app used to work December 2020, but now when it loads it doesn’t even let you select menus, type numbers, do anything.
Worst app ever
Worthless. Does not work. Crashes often. Drops calls after a couple minutes. Cannot receive incoming calls unless app is open and in focus so you have to constantly touch your screen.... impracticable. If I ran this company I would be embarrassed by this product and pull it ASAP.
Most having issues need good look at firewall
I had to go through a lot of testing and changes to get this to work correctly on firewalls and pass the correct traffic but once I did it works as promised. I would advise many of the low reviews to look hard at firewall allow/deny issues coming from IP addresses attempting to use this app before saying the app doesn’t work. Especially people stuck on “configuring”. That was my first of many hurdles I had to overcome on my company network to get this working correctly but once it works it does work well. It has transformed my office during work from home times in a great way.
