Third review still terrible
The developers refusal to make an option for automatic cache updating makes the mobile app almost unusable unless you want to sit and watch it update over ten minutes

The app requires you to manually update every time you use it. If you do not use the mobile app for a few days that can mean 10-15 minutes of waiting sometimes longer. When you can drive back to the office in about the same time it takes for the app to load, it really makes the app pointless. This has been brought to the companies attention multiple times. Each time it is met with continue to bring this up and maybe we will make it a priority. I can’t recommend this app at all.

There should be an auto update option every night at midnight or some set time for this app to update the information. I shouldn’t need to do it everytime I want to use the mobile app.

I’m an accountant. My account is part of their accountant affiliate program. I’ve been trying to get customer support for FIVE DAYS now on something that’s time sensitive for a client. I keep getting passed off to people who either can’t or won’t help. I still don’t have help and I’m not expecting that I’ll get some anytime soon. I was hoping to use this for our small business customers as the pricing is affordable but I guess you get what you pay for. I will not be using this service with clients in the future.

I like SOS quite a bit but I feel like the user interface on the app is not as straightforward and well designed as it could be. Though I will say it is nice that there is full functionality. A better user interface would result in 5/5 star.

• Native support for recent iOS versions. • Reordered lists to reflect more commonly used features. • More intuitive search functionality, including the ability to search for items by additional item details • Fixed issue allowing other costs to be added to item receipts • Special characters are now recognized when used it search fields • Fixed error that occurred when updating inputs on existing builds
