This app is terrible
Constant issues not pulling in templates, it’s bad on iOS and even worse on a PC. It could be so much better. UI/UX is awful. They constantly impact performance of communication with customers. We’ve all seen the red triangle of death, which is just another way for SMS Magic to have your org buy more numbers. Constantly have to sign back in and out to get things to push through. It’s bad.

App is trash doesn’t show you the new messages that you’ve received unless you click on the notification from your Lock Screen.
Unreliable
Undelivered text messages randomly and then never resends the messages once SMS magic decides to work again. When not receiving inbound texts, the texts that were once sent but not received are lost.
Horrible
This is the most clunky and frustrating messaging service. We use it for our business. It seems that once one error is resolved, another pops up. I would give this service negative stars if I could.
