Poor search/Poor user login mgmt
The search function on showpad (app and web) is terrible. Altavista in 1995 is better than this search is. It’s guaranteed to take at least 3-4 searches to find simple things one is trying to use. This app logs me out often, and it makes me change my password waaaaaay too often. Like once a month or more. That’s completely ridiculous. If user mgmt is that big of a concern, get with the 2010s and use Face ID or AD integration. Often when I get links sent to me, I have to click them twice to get them to load in the browser...why aren’t they opening in the app?! I shouldn’t spend more time trying to use the app than actually using it.
Poor UX
Makes me re-login often when I click on a link my company sent me. Not only that, but I have to reset my password way too often. This is not a good design for a mobile app and encourages poor password practices. I spend more time logging in than actually viewing content… Also email links have to be clicked on twice to get them to work. Navigation is poor and search is a complete and utter joke. We used to use the mediawiki engine and it was far better. I just wish this was more like that (with allowing push/store on mobile devices).
Good and bad.
The push to device functionally is nice, but the search function is terrible. And it logs me out way too often. This wouldn’t be too bad if they implemented face and/or Touch ID but they don’t.

What a timesaver
It takes a lot to stay current with all the docs our company produces, so I absolutely love this app and very thankful our company made the investment! I can see where it can be a bit frustrating, but the app on IOS is phenomenal, not so much on the Surface but everything on the surface takes some getting used to. I am up to now where I use it most every day, huge timesaver!
