Functional (barely)
The app is stable and works smoothly, but the UI seems to have been built for older, smaller phones. Various banners are out of place and overlap with menus, making the app difficult to use. I'd love to see an update addressing these issues, but I haven't seen any improvement in the couple years I've used the app.

That last update fixed the iOS 11 problem but it looks like it’s only supposed to work on an iPhone 4 now! I work in facilities for a 10k+ church and we are starting to move away from fellowship one/ServiceU because of the lack of support. I do like this system but come on guys, please fix these problems.

The app looks like it was good once upon a time but has not been updated in quite a while. It hardly works with the current iOS and looks sooooo outdated. This app is evidence of a poorly run organization. All it would take is a simple remodeling of the app to have in running properly.

Horrible update. Now I can't see the numbers/dates on the calendar view before clicking on individual dates. Shows days of the week but no numbers in each box. Very unhelpful. Wish I wouldn't have done the update. Also looks glitchy after selecting a date and viewing several events for that day. Also wish you could make new events/reservations from the app especially since the website isn't mobile friendly.

This app’s user interface is clunky, the menu bar floats in the middle of the screen, and with the recent update the app is now broken and says that there is no internet connect and to check my internet connection. Don’t wast your time, just use a web browser to login.

The app finally gets updated in more than 4 years. The only reason they updated it was to get it to work with iOS 11. I had hopes that it would have better functionality with the update. Nothing has changed. Not to mention the display issues. I cannot recommend this service to any one. I would give it zero stars if that was possible. I am recommending to my organization to move away from ServiceU.
