Great idea, poor execution.
Our company has been using ServiceM8 for years the seem to have all the cutting edge features, but they rarely function correctly. The phone app has extremely frustrating Bluetooth & playback issues. So many other app companies figured these things out. We find it odd that they can’t get the basics correct.
We like it
Despite the negative reviews, we gave it a shot and like the phone app. Maybe there’s been some changes since the negative reviews were given. My only gripe is transferring calls doesn’t always seem to work.
This will be a great companion to there app- well, it never worked out
The ServiceM8 team has worked diligently to get this working and so far seems to be a great addition to there app and keeps all calls organized and like the ability to send a text with form for customer to fill out vs us trying to write info down. Look forward to using and will update review again after some time using both apps together Was very optimistic when we got the phone app working, but after trying for one year we had to give it up due to all the flaws and lost business.
Don’t waste your time
Don’t waste your time with this; it’s a great concept it’s not even executed to the point it functions. Customer support is useless. I’ve written poor reviews here before and I get a reply quicker on here then with customer support.
Useless
What a wonderful concept, but it was clearly slapped together and released. It does not work how it should. Calls are dropped, contacts from ServiceM8 won’t display. If one person ignores the call it stops ringing on all other phones, customer support is non existent; they are always “coordinating this back to the team”. Completely waste; find different software
Avoid at all costs
Absolutely horrific service, they should be paying me to use it and work the bugs out. Terrible customer support. We are actively looking for an alternative to both the phone and system.
Great Idea But Completely Unusable
Our company had high hopes for this app, we have been using ServiceM8 for 4 years and love it. ServiceM8 phone is no where near a finished product. Voicemails and call recordings on the app glitch and play only 10% of the time. Voicemails are extremely important to every business and this needs to be fixed ASAP. Also if your trying to make calls with a BT head set this app has connectivity problems constantly. Hope they fix it soon. 🤷🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️
