وفرت الشركة السعودية للكهرباء تطبيق الخط الساخن كوسيلة آمنة يستطيع عملاء الشركة من خلاله الإبلاغ عن أي مخالفات أو تجاوزات للأنظمة واللوائح الداخلية والقواعد والتعليمات والأدلة المنظمة لعمل الشركة وايصال بلاغاتهم عن أي تجاوزات تقع حول أمور تتعلق بالأعمال أو الخدمات التي تقدم كلياً أو جزئياً بواسطة الشركة أو بواسطة الشركات التابعة لها أو بواسطة أحد مقاوليها، ولتعزيز مبدأ الشفافية ومكافحة الفساد. ونرجو ملاحظة ان هذا التطبيق قد صمم خصيصا للفئات التي ذكرت فقط.

Saudi Electricity Company has produced SEC- Hotline application as a saved way through which the company's customers to report any irregularities or abuses of the internal systems and regulations within SEC regarding any excesses related to the work or services provided by the company as well as promoting the principle of transparency and anti-corruption.   Please note that this application was designed only for the mentioned categories
