App is good but now I have to get a new phone just to get this update
I’ve been using this for years : now they say I have to do an update just to look at my schedule online . I went to do the update and my phone is too old to support this update . I can’t bypass the screen on the app so I can see my schedule !
Buggy
This is the buggiest app I’ve ever used that is supposed to be for professionals. Constantly crashes.
I have been with them for years and I am ANGRY about what just happened!
They “deleted” my account in the middle of my work day! I couldn’t schedule or take payments… I found this out when checking out my second client of the day… super embarrassing and it was just so flustering… Apparently my payment didn’t go through. I didn’t get the memo… but do you want to know how long it had been? Surely it’d been months, right? At least the account was past due 30 days right? Nope! 12 and 1/2 days! Less than two weeks! I’ve been with this company over 10 years! Anyway, I paid up, reactivated my account, luckily all the client data was still there… remember it read “deleted” not temporarily disabled or something… if you are a small business owner, that is a panic attack! But, as I said once I paid my past due $35… the client information was there… but now I can’t use cards on file… It says I have to upgrade… but it’s the same plan as last week… and there doesn’t seem to be an option to upgrade… Maybe it’s a glitch… maybe it’s a a high pressure sales tactic?! Idk but… I have recommended this company to so many people people… I am super disappointed. Waiting on tech support to get back to me…
Bad system
Keeps on crashing without notice , any given day. Also you guys removed the icon for cancellation appointments. We used to be able to reach back to those customers without too much research.
please make the ios app more user friendly
switched from fresha to schedulicity this year, and while i do like the booking software, the ios app could definitely use some work in comparison to fresha’s. along with some general reports that i think would be useful if they could be auto generated. for example: - make the “+4, +6, +8” week options available in the app calendar - PLEASE make blocking time and editing appointment times more friendly on the app.. instead of having to use a drag bar to the amount of minutes that you want blocked off. maybe use a scroll menu with 5-15 minute increments? or just being able to type in a time would be great too. - please make a “week view” option so that we can see our schedule at a whole glance while holding the portrait mode instead of having to switch the screen orientation to get a week view. - a quick sale button in the app - the ability to add multiple services from different guests to the same ticket - printable/emailable vouchers would be amazing. this was a feature in fresha that we really had to find a workaround with when we switched to schedulicity. i still haven’t found a great solution and have considered switching back to old softwares for this purpose. it would be great to be able to see commission percentages and have schedulicity auto generate a weekly sales report after the commission percentages have been calculated for those of us that also use a payroll service for employees. i really enjoy the user interface for booking appointments through schedulicity, and that it shows smart booking options to clients when they’re booking online. this has been one of the mainreasons i switched to schedulicity. i do truly enjoy the app but the fact that it is lacking the above features makes it very difficult to work with, especially the blocking/editing time feature and the lack of a quick sale feature.

After the pandemic, they decided to only send email marketing to people who have used your services in the last 2 years which eliminates anyone who went through the pandemic or may have been still hesitant. I went from emailing close to a 1,000 month to only 133 and you cannot get them back. It has been a huge loss for my company! I have changed my email marketing over to mailchimp and have gotten back some of my clients. Their decision has been a long expensive process. Learn from my mistakes and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
