FSM for field engineers
This app constantly crashes, stops generating document bundles for customer signatures (while AT the customer site - which is a requirement to finalize the service order), and consistently fails to sync up parts consumption, service order checklists, along with logged hours within our organizational backend SAP system if and when re-assigned/transferred to another employee or engineer. I have spent entire days worth of work, just driving around from one customer site to another collecting signatures to finalize service orders after the fact, because the app either generates an error, or doesn’t produce the bundle. WiFi is a MUST to use this. I’m lucky if most of my customer sites have cell service. Most often I’m immersed in a black-hole of communication and can’t even use my phone as a hotspot

Help - Changing Admin
I’m currently helping my companies suppliers adopt this App into their processes. A bunch of the suppliers now want to reassign the “Admin” position to someone else. Is this a possibility for the supplier to do it themselves? What if the current “Admin” no longer works at the company, what kind of solutions could we offer?
Effort types are not visible on 8.6.0
we are not able to see effort after update our application @Apple app approvers, could you please approve bug fix release immediately. We are having business impact on the field. This is not happing on Android.
Signiture pad
This app never allowed landscape mode for signatures with smaller screens like the iphone se but DID allow with larger screens like the iphone max.. but the last update killed that feature... we need to bring back landscape mode for signatures!!!!!
