Technical support is immediate and complete! And much more! I have used this program for years in my commercial real estate brokerage business. I was excited to see this app so I downloaded it in hopes it would be a real time resource for my CRE business (KWC agent). But after downloading, my excitement quickly faded. Some information is reporting real time, such as the contacts, but now I can search and find a contact by the company name. In fact, getting “fetch error” so who knows what that issue is??
