Great app
In this environment of low home inventory, it is difficult to find homes that don’t have multiple offers. This app gives me places that are not on the internet. So glad l downloaded the app for a viewing of other options to find a home. There is a map that shows where all the rDigz homes are located. Very easy to use and it gives me the necessary information on the home.
Shady business practices... don’t bother.
Registered as a realtor and made an offer. Got absolutely no response. Asked my client to register and make an offer and they got a reply. They also admitted to my client that they were just using this to “get a feel” for what to list the property for. Don’t waste your time.
Finally a place to look other than Zillow!
the rDigz app is a much better place to look for coming soon homes, that are actually available! I was so tired of seeing inaccurate information, and homes that are already sold, on Zillow!
