Sometimes it works but it usually crashes 10 times a day
0 stars. The app went though some changes and it would sign me out every time I left the app. It because stable again a few months ago. But for the past 2 weeks it signs me out every time I leave the app again. It’s the most frustrating app I’ve ever used.
Worse?
Worse just a little word for this app. I’m living in hell!!
Needs major bug fix
Trash. This needs a serious update to fix the whole app. I’m hoping my company stirs away from this app. Absolutely trash
Worst App Ever
I work in the IT field as an on-site resource and I can’t think of a worse app than this for a field work force. The app, though frequently updated is perpetually full of bugs, crashes, loses data or the touch screen features are very buggy. If you are a manager considering this product, take it from me and run for your life. Give yourself a favor and build an in house application instead. That’s what we’re doing here now after learning very tough lessons.
