United StatesProvision Cam2 was created to seamlessly work with the new Ossia OS by Provision-ISR. The application is a professional mobile client - designed for remote live-view, playback and configuration. It is compatible with all devices running Ossia OS as well as older devices running v3.4.3 and up, but with limited functionality. Devices running v3.3.0 are tested and working but might have some limited features or connectivity problems. Older devices were not tested.
Need a fix
I want the play back quality to stay on best, it allways go back to the lowest quality every time i change cam. Notifications: when going to the notifications screen in the pop up little window and u click play, after playing that allert i want to go back to the same screen same popup to decide is delete or no, a liotle arrow back bottom could help And a little bell 🔔 botton on the main screen to get to the notifications will be better than go to settings and click notifications 😩

I’ve been using it for over a year, no problems, but recently I haven’t been able to view my cameras when I’m away from home. Which is the primary reason why I have them. I would appreciate some help.

After having the app for a year, I am finally starting to exploit it and the security system I had set up. I changed some settings in the main Panel which caused an alarm to go off a short time later, and I wasn’t able to turn it off with this app on my phone. It didn’t even register that there was an alarm.

My NVR has 360 view only when most current firmware update was installed. That is fixed now. 12/15/21. The resolution seems not as clear now with the new update.

1. fix When on the "System Arm/Disarm" interface on iOS, switching between devices will not refresh the interface. 2. fix Cam2 Wrong Calendar on iPad Tablet in landscape playback. 3. fix ios 1.12 delete doorbell crash 4. fix openning the app will pause the earphone playing 5. fix When using two-way audio thru FEI-360IP5/FEI-360IPN (connected to NVR) has become a problem after the app upgrade (1.12). 6. fix Problem to get SMS to reset PW / login into Cam2 7. improve stability.
