With this app, you can: on the Home tab, view a center’s operating hours, manage your reservations and open your membership barcodes. on the Schedule tab, view and reserve activities. on the Facilities tab, view and reserve equipment. on the Notifications tab, view notifications sent from the organization. on the profile page, view your favourite facilities, favourite activities and completed activities. This app offers fitness challenges which users can join and integrates with Apple’s HealthKit to collect user's calories burned, distance walked/ran and steps climbed.

No idea what I’m supposed to do with this
I know that I want to reserve time to lap swim, but this app is incredibly not intuitive. I’ve spent 2 minutes with it and can’t figure out anything. You’re supposed to know how to use and app within the first 20 seconds. It leads you to different places that seem to be for the same thing with a totally different GUI. I’m a UX designer, call me. This seems like a non functional first draft build that presents what things COULD look like. Should not have launched this yet, it’s totally not ready and is only going to turn people off from using it.
Doesn’t work
This sure would be a nice app if it actually worked. Every time I go to reserve a lane the app crashes or tries to charge me $4, even though I’m a pass holder.
Needs some work…
App shows reservable spots are available, but when I try to book, error message says activity is full or no longer available.

Horrible design, very buggy
Not intuitive, poorly designed. First, I had to use the instructions link on the website to figure out how to schedule a lap swim time. I have designed and tested apps and couldn’t figure this one out. Then, I selected a time with 7 spots open and received a message “Sorry, this time is no longer available”. Tried another slot with 8 spots available and received the same message. You can’t book spot via the web, so what’s a swimmer to do???
Doesn’t show my reservations
I made reservations for the pool for a few days—did this on my laptop—but when I log in same account on this app, it doesn’t actually show my reservations. For that matter, I can’t find my reservations anywhere online. I guess they have them???
Instructors and consumers participating in the same activity can now chat with each other by tapping the Messages icon > Chats tab.
