Can’t make it work out of country
I’m currently in the UK with only an eSIM. I lost access to phone.com app who is insisting I enter a mobile number but I have no such thing at the UK. I’m here for many months. This is very bad, that was my business line!! Please release an update that doesn’t require any mobile number, only data plan!!!
Still a ton of bugs
The Recent Calls list does not update that quickly, if I miss a call from someone and they don’t leave a message, I don’t know who called me unless I manually log into the website and check the logs. The Voicemail list freezes all the time not allowing for quick navigation through VM’s and I have to close the app and restart it each time. Lastly, listening to VM’s doesn’t come through paired Bluetooth headsets, have to hold phone up to my ear to hear the message. Edit: if you listen to a VM and then try to call the person back, it just hangs on "connecting". You have to close the app entirely before placing the call. WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO FIX THIS APP??
Can’t even answer calls
Please fix whatever update has made me not be able to answer calls. NOT COOL.
Increasingly unreliable
I’ve been using phone.com for over 10 years. Over the past year voicemail has become increasingly unreliable. Some clients call and never hear a voicemail option. Sometimes when I check messages there is a recorded message from phone.com to press 1 to accept. The client’s message never was recorded. I’m not sure what upgrades were intended, but whatever they were they’ve failed.
Worse company I’ve ever had to deal with
Save yourself the anxiety and headache / and also the money - this is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever put myself through . If it’s not one thing it’s the other , one associate fixes one thing while simultaneously messesing up another . It’s been over a month and I have still not been able to successfully use this service . Hands down, the worse decision- lost money off my bussiness because they mistakenly completely added the phones . They have one job, and they absolutely fail at it, over and over and over again .
