OnShift or OnShift wallet
I use to have OnShift for my work schedule and OnShift wallet for emergencies if I come up short for food or to pay my phone bill. But it wouldn’t be borrowed if absolutely necessary. I’ve been a member since 2018 and now I can’t see my schedule or how much I can borrow against my own paycheck. I called customer service never got through because I’m on hold, even though the automated system offers to call back. I don’t want to be called back when I’m not off break . I even asked the HR director to help it worked for 20 minutes, wow 20 minutes. Why have these apps and it’s not working. So I just deleted OnShift and OnShift wallet from my phone.

I’ve been waiting for a week over a week for them to update my hours. They said contact my payroll and tell them to put my hours in the time attendance file, my employer said he never heard of it. Call them back now its an IT issue and is if high importance. Won’t let me update my phone number. This is absurd.
The worst!
I absolutely hate the fact that my employer switched ! Daily pay was the best! This app and the my wallet on the OnShift never works and only a few that answer the chats know what to do ! And it’s a zero star!!!
One star is generous- trust me
This place is a joke. It states it “updates daily”. It doesn’t. It updates 3 days AFTER your paycheck pays them back. Which pretty much means you get a balance when you get paid. Unsure why that’s help?! Most people, myself included, need help BEFORE the pay check hits. This is if your lucky. It may not update at all. It tends to have a lot of “technical issues” but not too many updates to the app to back it up. Let’s don’t even get started on the customer service. Good luck with that- ESPECIALLY if your a woman. I don’t think they can help us bc they don’t know what they are talking about either. None of the procedures/policies make any sense. Definitely not something dependable for a time in a crunch! I don’t know what Daily Pay is- but I’m on my way to find out and push for it.
This app is a hoax
I absolutely hate that my job switched to this app from daily pay. They were way better in every aspect. The first red flag I noticed with this app was the sign up process. I had to go through customer service just to get it to work. It was not a smooth easy process. My major issue that I’m currently having is the balance update. The last four shifts that I’ve worked haven’t even been updated on the app. Therefore you can’t withdraw anything. And the same page that just keeps saying they will resolve the issue with in 1-2 business days is also a lie because it’s been longer than that. I’ve called customer service just to get the same answer as what the app showed me. The customer service rep was so rude he didn’t even allow me to finish my sentence before cutting me off. They really need to fix this situation because all people want is to have their balance available and their time accesible and they can’t even get that right.

On shift is a rip off I’ve used this card for 7 months n it’s over charged me n took some of my checks included my most recent n I’m am $0 broke right now because of them I don’t advise anybody to used this‼️
