I use it only to click in and clock out. It doesn’t function correct all the time. Has double clock ins. no way to edit. If you clock in offline you can’t clock out online. It says you missed punch when you didn’t.

The app looks horrible AND doesn’t function well. The server information gets cleared out randomly and with every app update. Forcing employees to re-enter long strings of information to allow clocking actions is counter intuitive - must fix. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE invest in 1 backend support and under the hood improvements like a persistent session as well not clearing the server information. 2 spend some money on a designer. Under the hood improvements is vital, I doubt based on the web application that design is a priority - so let’s just fix the ridiculous user multiple inputs and erroneous data entry.
